- Research and fact-check: Gather relevant data, studies, and real-life stories for accurate and credible storytelling.
- Write and refine scripts: Craft voiceovers and dialogue in a natural, conversational YouTube tone.
- Optimize for YouTube SEO: Propose titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and hashtags to improve reach and retention
Required Skills
- Strong storytelling ability that connects emotionally and intellectually with the audience.
- Excellent writing skills for YouTube (natural, human, non-academic tone).
- Knowledge of storytelling frameworks, content marketing, or audience psychology.
- Analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into engaging scripts.
- Basic understanding of YouTube metrics such as retention, CTR, and watch time.

- Work via Notion / Google Docs / Slack / Trello.
